Dive Into Excellence with the LYST Stingrays

The Family YMCA of Lancaster and Fairfield County Swim Team (also known as the LYST Stingrays) is a structured, competitive swim program that competes against other local, state, and regional YMCAs. While participating on LYST, swimmers will develop all the competitive strokes while working on their endurance skills. We strive to teach swimmers the value of sportsmanship, teamwork, and most importantly: TO HAVE FUN!

LYST Summer Conditioning

The Goal: Designed for athletes who want to hit the ground running. We focus on endurance, stroke technique, and consistency to prepare swimmers for their upcoming outdoor or summer league seasons.

Dates: May 4 – May 29

Ideal For: Swimmers looking for a high-impact “tune-up” month.

LYST Summer Swim Team

The Goal: Our flagship summer competitive season. This program offers comprehensive training, team building, and the opportunity to compete in the regional championship meet.

Season Dates: May 4 – July 11
