Our Y’s preschool program is operated on an experiential learning philosophy: children learn while doing. Daily lessons, based on a nationally recognized and creative curriculum, are created to boost development through age-appropriate activities, and stimulating hands-on experiences, with a balance of teacher directed versus child directed play.

Our preschool is fully certified by the State of Ohio and is Step Up to Quality rated with a 4-star rating! Our qualified and well-trained staff provide safe, affordable, high-quality care so you can have peace of mind while you work to help your family succeed.

• Our Preschool is open from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday
• We follow Lancaster City School calendar
• Full and Part-Time (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) options are available
• Ages 3 to 5
• Children must be potty trained

Fees through May 2025.  Fees for 2025-2026 will be updated.

Our Summer preschool is fully certified by the State of Ohio and is Step Up to Quality rated with a 4-star rating! Our qualified and well-trained staff provide safe, affordable, high-quality care so you can have peace of mind while you work to help your family succeed.

• Full Time Summer Preschool: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday
• Part Time Summer Preschool 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday
• Weekly themes and field trips
• No preschool program Thursday, July 3rd and Friday, July 4th due to the holiday
• Ages 3 to 5
• Children must be potty trained
• Nap time implemented

Fees through August 2025.
