A family membership will be $200, a single parent family will be $150, and an adult membership will be $125 for three months.

Welcome Alyssha Buehler to the YMCA Fitness Staff!

Alyssha is a Fitness Management graduate from Hocking College and is Certified through ACE Fitness. She completed her internship at Nautilus Fitness in Sherman, Texas.

Alyssha specializes in weight loss, strength training, and healthy lifestyle changes. Training can be done one-on-one or in a group.
