BOOM Muscle, Move & Stability

This NEW class is instructed by Karen Whitlatch and will rotate between strength, cardio and balance. We will work with to improve muscular strength, improve cardio fitness, range in movement and activity for daily living.  Hand weights,   elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance.  Participants must be comfortable exercising from a standing position.  35 Class max.  Located in Martens Gym
