BOOM Muscle, Move & Stability

This  program is included in your membership and is open to all Older Active Adults.  Instructed by Karen Whitlatch this  will be a blend of muscle and balance activities. This class will work to improve balance, range in movement and    activity for daily living.  Hand weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. Participants must be comfortable exercising from a standing position. Chairs will be provided for the standing balance exercises if needed.

35 Class Maximum.  Located in Marten’s gym
