Youth Volleyball – Royal Knights

This class will focus on fundamental training and individual skills with the athlete.  It will be designed to get the younger players more experienced and more knowledge about the game.  We will work on developing proper techniques, learn more about positions on the court and focus on defense and serving which are the two most important skills of the game.
