Yoga For Runners
(New class to add to RKF yoga listings) This class will flow through yoga poses that enhance the muscles used in running as well as activate the muscles that might be neglected. In addition, we will work on strengthening our core to help become a more efficient athlete. A restorative practice will be included at the end to release any tightened areas.
