Gentle Yoga (Chair)

Instructed by Angie Gallis. This class provides accessibility to individuals who may have limitations due to health, balance, and stability issues.  This class promotes security, confidence, and safety for students with the use of the chair as a prop.  Gentle postures and flows are practiced sitting on a chair or standing, using the chair for support. Class meets in Martens Gym. Class Max of 35.
