Yoga 4 Health (Chair yoga)

The YMCA fitness department is excited to again offer  Yoga 4 Health/Chair Yoga. This class allows individuals with tightness, balance problems, stiffness or other “special needs” to be able to practice yoga with security, confidence and safety. Using the chair as a prop provides encouragement, may reduce pain or discomfort and supports the body throughout the workout. This program improves posture, range of motion, flexibility and strength. Instructed by Jacquie Moku E-RYT200/RYT500/YACEP/Meditation Teacher/Pranayama Teacher/ Reiki Master Practitioner.
