SilverSneakers Chair Yoga
Instructed by Susie Birdwell. This class provides access to individuals who may have limitations due to health, balance, and stability issues. This class promotes security, confidence, and safety for participants with the use of the chair as a prop. Gentle postures and flows are practiced sitting on a chair or standing, using the chair for support.
