Women on Weights

Join personal trainer, Kim Rase-Shuttlesworth in this 4-week introduction to weight lifting class designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies. The goals of WOW are to learn proper form and technique while assisting women in improving their posture, increasing their strength, as well as losing body mass.
