Join Sifu Margaret Quamme as she leads you through traditional Tai Chi. Tai chi is a graceful, low-impact exercise that can benefit people of all ages. Practitioners use elegant, controlled movements as they flow from one pose to the next. To practice looks deceptively easy, but every move works the entire body.
