Tai Chi

Taught by Margaret Quamme. Tai Chi is a graceful, low-impact exercise that can benefit people of all ages. Practitioners use elegant, controlled movements as they flow from one pose to the next.  The practice looks deceptively easy, but every move works the entire body. Located in the Pickering Room.
