Yoga Flow (Formerly Slow Burn)

Instructed by Angie Gallis. A slower placed flow to allow time to explore each posture while synchronizing movement to breathe.  Yoga Flow is the perfect compliment to a Restorative practice in order to incorporate more challenging poses along with strength, balance, and stability.  This class requires the ability to get down to and up from the floor.
