Taught by Angie Gallis this new combination class will have one format taught on Tuesday and the other on Thursday. Circuit is specifically designed for older active adults, this easy, low impact circuit class incorporates strength and cardio. Classic will focus on increasing muscle strength, range of movement and improving activities for daily living. You will work with bands, balls, weights and more. Chairs are provided. Located in Marten’s Gym.
