Running

Set a goal to start running or participate in a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon.  Are you already a runner and want to improve your time or distance?  Join Bob as he guides you through a training program geared toward helping you obtain your goal.  This class will involve both indoor and outdoor running tailored to your individual experience level and desired results.

Tuesdays/Thursdays 6pm – 7pm
