Running….It’s all good!

Instructed by Bob Ross. Have you set a goal to start running or participate in your first 5K, 10K, half or full marathon? Maybe you’re already a runner and you want to improve your finishing time or move on to a longer distance. If it’s running…it’s all good! Join personal trainer/runner Bob Ross as he guides you through a training program geared towards helping you obtain your goal. This class will involve both indoor and outdoor running tailored to your individual experience level and desired results. Non-member registration includes a Wellness  Center access pass. Class meets in the  Wellness Center. Max of 8.
