Running

Instructed by Bob Ross.  Have you set a goal to start running or participate in a 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon?  Already a runner and want to improve your finishing time or distance?  If it’s running, it’s all good!  Join Bob Ross as he guides you through a training program geared toward helping you obtain a goal.  This class will involve both indoor and outdoor running tailored to your individual experience level and desired results.  Class meet in the Wellness Center.  Maximum of 8 participants.

Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:00pm to 7:00pm
