Attendance is mandatory without exception to receive your pre-approval card. This class presents the fundamentals of exercise, with emphasis on weight training. Each class has an educational component and “hands-on” experience with weights. Topics include: safety, weight room etiquette, basic terms, benefits of exercise, principles of training and Wellness Center guidelines. Parents MUST sign an acknowledgement that access can be denied due to improper behavior in the Wellness Center.
