Youth Power Fitness

Ages 11-13 can join Personal Trainer Aaron on Tuesdays at 5:30pm to learn the fundamentals of exercise with the emphasis on weight training. Completion of this 7-week session will also grant your pre-teen the use of the wellness center on their own.
Ages 9-10 will begin the groundwork to learn proper exercise technique with an emphasis on basic body weight training. Held on Thursdays at 5:30pm.
