MIX UP

Combine all the things you love about Les Mills!  Classes will vary each time to include Basic step workout, kickboxing moves, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength endurance using a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic movements for a full body workout.  Instructors’ choice.
