Saturday Morning Basic Yoga

Instructed by Tamatha Shell.  Explore basic Yoga postures with a slower-paced flow. This class is great for new-comers to begin building strength, balance and stability. This class required the ability to get up and down from the floor. Held in Fulton Gym
