Mid-morning step & strength

Instructed by Marty Gossett.  This class will offer a variety of step and floor choreographed movements to the oldies as well as some strength conditioning.  Marty will then take you to the floor for some core and stretch to balance out the workout.  Modifications are offered.  This class is for any level!
