Instructed by Tamatha Shell to the morning class line-up.  Assistants: Cheri and Bonnie. Designed for all fitness levels, this class will give you a lot of variety in your routine. Each class will include step aerobics as well as toning and sculpting.  You never know what the instructor has planned for the day. 35 class max. Fulton Gym
