Insanity’s predesigned format brings a revolutionary, high-intensity interval training, total-body conditioning workout including plyometrics for power, bodyweight strength moves, balance work, agility drills, coordination movement patterns, and core strength and stability.  Insanity pushes individuals to  new training heights, resulting in more calories burned and faster results for more efficient metabolism.
