Areas of focus


Gravity encourages functional exercise using an individual’s body weight as resistance.  The gravity system uses a cable and pulley system, a free motion glide board and is adjustable to nine different levels of resistance.  It engages all major muscle groups.  Gravity incorporates strengthening and lengthening of the muscles.  Held in Gravity Room, 4 class max
