Gravity

Gravity encourages functional exercise using an individual’s body weight as resistance. The gravity system uses a cable and pulley system, a free motion glide board and is adjustable to nine different levels of resistance. It engages all major muscle groups. Gravity incorporates strengthening and lengthening of the muscles. Gravity Room. 4 class max.
