Gravilates

Gravity/Pilates (Gravilates) training provides total body conditioning using the fundamentals of Pilates. This workout increases lean muscle mass, decreases body fat, improves circulation and posture and promotes overall physical strength. Build a rock solid core using the gravity boards with additional attachments to make the workout new and more challenging.
