Chelsea can work with clients of all ages, social backgrounds, and fitness levels to help them achieve their nutritional goals. Chelsea will work one on one with clients to assess the client’s current diet, evaluate problems or needs, aid in setting nutrition goals, and work to build an action plan to reach those goals. although Chelsea cannot “menu plan” she can recognize, recommend and strategize with clients based on what they are doing now and what their end goal is to success.
