Deep Release

Instructed by Susie Birdwell. This practice is the centering of breathe and body – aligning the physical and mental by  practicing stillness for extended periods of time.  Holding gentle postures for 5 – 7 minutes supported by props, allows the body to slowly release tension while the mind focuses on the breathe in order to cultivate mindfulness. Restorative Yoga is the perfect compliment to higher intensity workouts as well as bringing balance to mind, body, and soul!
