Cheernastics/Tumbling

Our Cheernastics class will focus on progressing ALL levels of tumbling skills needed for both cheer and gymnastics. In addition, we will add challenging stations to develop the flexibility and strength to perform these skills safely. Stations will also incorporate jumping drills, ankle strengthening, and progression/ lead up drills for new tumbling skills
