Join Jenni Fausnaugh for a fusion of ZUMBA and ZUMBA STEP and STRONG.  Jenni will mix things up to make each workout unique using Latin music and movements to spice it up!

Strength and Stretch

Instructed by Mich Campbell. By mixing resistance exercises with low impact weight bearing exercises, this class can help with bone density, balance, flexibility, range of motion, and coordination as well as strength and muscle mass.
