WILL YOUR CLASS BE CANCELLED?
We must stress the importance of registering for your class(es). A class must meet the
minimum registrants for that class to remain on the schedule. Classes will be canceled due to low or no attendance. Every attempt is made to keep all classes running on time and on schedule; however, emergency situations do occur and classes may be canceled sometimes at the last minute. If this happens, we invite you to use the Wellness Center and all it has to offer.

I’M A MEMBER, WHY THE CLASS FEE?
As a member, you will receive your “ CORE CLASSES” free with your membership. In this brochure, we have several FREE classes to choose from. As new classes are added to the schedule, there will be a nominal fee attached. This fee will be only enough to cover the cost of your instructor and or high-quality certifications.

AGE RESTRICTIONS/GUIDELINES
With the kids home for summer break, this can become an issue. For the safety of participants as well as your child, we must stress that children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Fulton Gym or Martens Gym during class times. This includes sitting along the gym walls as well as being outside the gym doors. Children ages 13 and over are welcome to attend any of the Adult classes we have running. Children ages 11-12 can also attend the Pre-Teen weight lifting class and gain early access to the Wellness Center. Please do not make this an issue for your instructor. SilverSneakers Circuit

Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.

Les Mills Instructor’s Choice

Join Jenni for a one-hour class that will vary from class to class offering a mixture of Les Mills programs. Each class will be sure to tone, sculpt, and  burn calories.  Les Mils classes are designed to build muscular strength while improving coordination and agility.  FULTON GYM

Silver Sneakers ENERCHI

Instructed by Julie Cuppett. EnerChi is comprised of easy-to-learn, modified Tai Chi forms.  Low-impact movements are practiced in a slow, flowing sequence to progress strength, balance and focus.  Chair support is offered to facilitate standing stability and seated exercise options.
